We believe in the necessity of the infilling of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Ghost is the fulfillment of the promise of Christ to send the Comforter after He left us. He said:

"It is expedient that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come unto you."

His Spirit lives in the heart of anyone who truly loves Him, receives the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, and keeps a faithful walk with our Lord. We do not believe that salvation is eternal. Christ called us unto holiness...   it is up to us to keep ourselves holy. The Gift of the Holy Ghost is the start of a journey that will continue the rest of our lives.

It is not something tangible that you can see. The fruit of the spirit is gentleness, peace, love, meekness, tranquility....   All of the intangible qualities that set God and His Son far above mankind. The Holy Ghost will not make you "toe the line." It is a still, small voice in your heart that reminds you to always keep the Father first in your life. It has been said that the most miserable person on earth is not a sinner, but a saint out of fellowship with God because he knows what he is missing.
